When you use the Tag Groups plugin to organize your tags in groups, other themes and plugins cannot automatically see these groups. Unfortunately, we cannot change the code in these themes and plugins.
If you want to make use of your tag groups on the frontend, you need to use one of the shortcodes that are provided by the Tag Groups plugin.
