If the software doesn’t work on your site as promised, we request that you give us some time to figure out the reason and – if the fault is on our side – to fix the issue. If we don’t manage to accomplish that, you can ask for a refund (during the first 30 days) through the contact form in the Tag Groups settings.

Please understand that refunds are not possible in the following cases:

  • Missing features, unless they were advertised as being a part of the plan you purchased
  • 3rd party conflicts (conflicts with other plugins and themes)
  • You discovered a better alternative.
  • You changed your mind.
  • Your purchase was accidental.
  • You missed your cancelation deadline.

It is strongly recommended that you make use of the free trial before purchase, and when you ask for refund we assume that you tested the features in the trial version.
