Please go to the Tag Group settings and there to the Troubleshooting submenu. Try the buttons under the First Aid tab and check if that helps.

If you are using a plugin or service for caching, purge that cache too.

In some rare cases other plugins or themes may interfere. In that case you can turn off this feature in the tag clouds.

a) If you are using a shortcode, try adding one additional parameter:


For example:

[tag_groups_cloud add_premium_filter=0]

b) If you are using a Gutenberg block, switch off "Add filter to tags for multiple groups."

You also need to purge the cache afterwards.
